FlexGrabber Pro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles your data.
1. AccessibilityService API Disclosure
FlexGrabber Pro uses Android’s AccessibilityService API to provide its core functionality.
- Purpose: The API is used strictly to detect Amazon Flex offer cards and perform automated on-screen taps and gestures based on your configured filters, helping reduce physical hand strain and repetitive motion fatigue.
- No Data Collection: The AccessibilityService API does NOT collect, read, store, or transmit any personal data, passwords, sensitive screen content, messages, or keylog inputs.
- Local Processing: All actions performed by the service take place locally on your device in real time.
- Account Information (Google Sign-In): When you sign in using your Google Account, we receive basic profile information provided by Google, including your email address, display name, and unique user identifier. This information is used solely to authenticate your account, maintain your session, and sync your subscription status.
- Local Settings & Filters: Your station filters, time windows, and pay thresholds are stored locally on your device and are never sent to external servers.
- No Unrelated Data: We do not collect or track your location, device contacts, financial accounts, or browsing history.
3. Third-Party Services
FlexGrabber Pro does not sell, rent, or trade user data with third parties or advertising networks. We use trusted Google services strictly to operate app features:
- Google Identity Services / Google Sign-In: To provide secure account authentication.
- Google Play Services & Google Play Billing: To verify licensing and manage in-app subscriptions.
4. Permission Control and Account Deletion
- Managing Permissions: You can enable or disable the Accessibility Service at any time via your device settings (Settings > Accessibility > Installed Apps > FlexGrabber Pro).
- Account and Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated authentication data at any time. To request complete deletion of your account and email records, contact us at FlexGrabberPro@gmail.com with your registered email address. We will permanently delete your account data within 30 days.
- Local Data: Clearing app cache/data in device settings or uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally saved preferences.
5. Security
All data transmitted between your device and Google authentication/billing services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS).
